The SRF is seeking candidates to apply for appointed officer positions as well as positions on the SRF Governing Council. Terms begin after the election during the SRF General Assembly at the AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO in October and last for one year. Involvement by enthusiastic residents and fellows-in-training is always needed! If you are ready to devote time and energy to help lead the SRF to become more influential and effective, run for an office! For more information, please contact the SRF.

Applicants Checklist and Deadlines

• Complete candidate statement form and email by August 24, 2009 to the SRF.
• Submit an electronic photograph. Photos must be in a JPEG (.JPG) or TIFF (.TIF) format with a minimum of 300 DPI.
• Prepare candidate speech. All candidates will be expected to give a brief, two minute speech during the SRF General Assembly on Monday, October 5, 2009. Newly elected offices will be expected to attend a transition meeting of the SRF on Tuesday, October 6, 2009.
