Jolene is a practice administrator for Commonwealth Ear, Nose & Throat and The Sinus Center in Louisville, Ky. She has worked in healthcare since 1973 and is actively involved in the national Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA). She served as president of the organization in 2005 and more recently as its legislative liaison. Her involvement with local groups includes the Louisville Chapter of the Kentucky Medical Groups Management Association where she has served as president and the Managed Care Committee for the Greater Louisville Medical Society (GLMS) which meets with insurance company executives to resolve issues of the GLMS membership. Jolene has been a speaker and has written articles on CT Imaging and EMR in ENT for both the AOA and the national American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgeons (AAO-HNS). She was the first ENT private practice to receive accreditation from ICACTL for in office CT Imaging in January of 2008.
