Register for the Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO
Registration opens Monday, May 4, 2009 (date subject to change). We encourage all prospective attendees to register as soon as possible for the Annual Meeting to take advantage of reduced registration fees and to avoid waiting in long lines onsite. Attendees can register online until August 31, 2009.

Important Dates (dates subject to change):
  • Registration and housing open: May 4, 2009
  • Last day to register at the early discounted rate: June 29, 2009
  • Last day to register at the advanced discounted rate: August 31, 2009
  • Housing deadline: August 31, 2009
 

Education Program
The 2009 Annual Meeting program is currently being developed by the AAO-HNSF 2008-2009 Advisory Committees of the Scientific Program and the Instruction Course Program.

The call for papers deadline is fast approaching! The submission process for miniseminars and instruction courses opens November 10, 2008 and closes December 8, 2008.
