AAO-HNS/F Leadership Forum & BOG Spring Meeting
The AAO-HNS/F Leadership Forum & BOG Spring Meeting provides a forum for leadership discussions and practice management tools for physicians caring for Otolaryngologic patients. Physician attendees will learn about cultural competence, diverse workplaces, and emotional intelligence, and how these affect their practice of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery through interactive sessions lead by their peers and subject matter experts.

- Stay abreast of the recent changes on coding, billing, and reimbursement that will impact practice management.
- Identify the critical issues facing the practice of otolaryngology and how physicians can properly monitor the legislative process and identify appropriate advocacy opportunities.
- Review the lasting impact of COVID-19 for the practice of medicine.
- Apply strategies to improve cultural competency and growing diversity amongst your patients.
- Hear case studies in society management on ways to build membership, plan and execute a conference, and select a lobbyist.
