The AAO-HNSF 2019 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience offers otolaryngologists and health professionals a series of dynamic education experiences designed to broaden and enrich your understanding of otolaryngology–head and neck surgery and provide a foundation for continued learning.
When: Sunday, September 15, 2019 – Wendsday, September 18, 2019
Location: New Orleans, LA
Application Deadline is Friday, June 25, 2019
All applicants must be a current Resident or Fellow-in-Training member of the AAO-HNS and enrolled in a residency or fellowship program. Recipients will receive $500 to help defray the costs associated with attending the AAO-HNS/F 2019 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience. Grant stipulations require awardees to register and attend the AAO-HNS/F 2019 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience, and attend the Section for Residents and Fellows-in-Training General Assembly Meeting, Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 7:30am – 9:30am CT at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (Room TBD).
Resident Leadership Grant Selection Criteria
An internal committee of staff reviews each application. Applications will be scored on the following criteria:
- Currently serving as an SRF Delegate
- Currently serving as an SRF Training Program Representative
- Presenting a poster at the Annual Meeting
- Presenting a research/scientific paper at the Annual Meeting
- Attended the Leadership Forum/BOG Spring Meeting in the past
- First time attendee to the Annual Meeting
- Currently on the SRF Governing Council
- Currently serving as an AAO/HNS/F committee member
