Corporate Satellite Symposium
Capture the energy of the Annual Meeting and present your own content! Corporate satellite symposia are conducted by our corporate partners in conjunction with the Annual Meeting & OTO Experience. Program content is directed by the corporate sponsor and must be approved by AAO-HNSF. All Corporate Satellite Symposium will take place at the Headquarter Hotel, JW Marriott. Separate application will need to be signed.
Exhibit Hall Meeting Suites
Once again this year take advantage of the opportunity to conduct private meetings right on the show floor of the OTO Experience. Our pre-set Meeting Suites are located on the OTO Experience Floor, conveniently placed to keep attendees in the hall longer.
These modular meeting rooms are constructed in the expo hall, keeping you close to the action but providing you with a more secluded locale to conduct meetings and close deals. Meeting Suites are configured as detailed below and are limited in number so we advise to book yours now!
Hands-on Demonstration Lab
Hands-on Demonstration Lab is an activity supported by the corporate community in conjunction with the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery Foundation Annual Meeting & OTO Experience, and they provide attendees with additional learning opportunities. Program content is the sole responsibility of the Sponsor/Medical Education Provider.

Far from the typical sales pitch, these presentations are designed for you to share your industrial knowledge to with our physician audience to improve their business and patient outcomes.
The Product Theater is the perfect venue for exhibiting companies to detail a product to a captive audience in conjunction with the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery Foundation Annual Meeting & OTO Experience. Company presenters will have the opportunity to discuss their product and best use practices during the OTO Experience hours and reach up to 150 attendees in a pre-scheduled, advertised session. This is an ideal opportunity to hold promotional presentations and accommodate a larger audience that can be directed back to your booth or Meeting Suite after the presentation is over for further discussions.
