As a prior member of the SRF GC and the current Chair-Elect, I would very much appreciate the opportunity to be Chair and again work alongside my peers and colleagues. I have participated, reviewed, and edited numerous prior SRF annual surveys, and I believe my experience in conducting and analyzing survey research during my prior T32 years will be a valuable asset. I hope to promote survey participation in order for the Academy to better grasp the perspectives of trainees throughout the country while limiting the number of annoying emails.
