As a member of the WIO Leadership Development and Mentorship Committee, I served as a mentor for the WIO Mentorship Networking event last year and have worked within the committee to develop programs and workshops to help foster the development of future women leaders in our Academy. I would like to serve as Member-at-Large of the governing council to help continue to foster programs that provide leadership skills training, development, and experience for the women of our Academy to help continue to shine light on and promote the presence of women in our Academy’s leadership positions.
