“Reflections on Our Profession in the Face of an Ongoing Pandemic,” was presented by Guest Lecturer Andrew G. Shuman, MD, HEC-C, at the AAO-HNSF 2022 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The AAO-HNS is one of the world’s largest organizations representing specialists who treat the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The Academy represents approximately 12,000 otolaryngologist—head and neck surgeons who diagnose and treat disorders of those areas.

The American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and New Surgery and its Foundation paid tribute to the generous spirit of volunteerism that is at the core of this specialty in a special video debuted during the Opening Ceremony of the AAO-HNSF 2022 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
