2024 Annual Report

The 2024 Annual Report offers a snapshot into the leadership, programs, services, activities, and events offered through the work of the AAO-HNS/F to support the global otolaryngology community in practice and patient care. The depth of our accomplishments is a direct result of the volunteer members who give of their time, expertise, and leadership to the AAO-HNS/F.  While the 2024 Annual Report highlights some of the initiatives, achievements, and progress made throughout the year, it is by no means inclusive of all efforts. As we navigate this evolving landscape, our collective efforts will continue to be needed for our specialty’s voice to be heard and to continue to heed the call for change today and tomorrow.

We help our members achieve excellence and provide the best ear, nose, and throat care through professional and public education, research, and health policy advocacy.

The global leader in optimizing quality ear, nose, and throat patient care.

2021 Annual Report Cover

The 2021 Annual Report is a special one in the history of the American Academy of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery and its Foundation (AAO-HNS/F) in that it marks the 125th anniversary of our organization.

In addition to the traditional programs and services provided to the members, 2020 also thrust the Academy into action to provide the global otolaryngology community the resources, tools, and support for practices and patient care.

Each year, we assemble the global community to present and discuss the latest research and innovations within the specialty. We are recognized as an inviting, accepting, and inclusive professional community fostering diversity within the specialty and the organization.
