Otolaryngology Private Practice Section

About OPPS

Established in 2023, the Otolaryngology Private Practice Section works to serve the unique needs of private practitioners in practice management and patient care as well as facilitates essential communication with Academy leadership regarding wide-ranging issues of interest impacting otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.


Membership

The OPPS is open to all non-retired members of the AAO-HNS/F not employed by an academic institution. These include, but are not limited to, those that are self-employed, employed in physician partnerships, or employed by healthcare systems. Physicians not currently practicing medicine or practicing in the military are not eligible for membership nor are residents and fellows in training. OPPS members must be in good standing with the AAO-HNS.

OTO FORUM

Mark your calendar now! The new inaugural spring meeting, OTO FORUM, will be held at The Westin Alexandria Old Town in Alexandria, Virginia, April 5 – 6, 2024.
