AAO-HNSF Certificate Program for Otolaryngology Personnel (CPOP) Workshop

The 2025 Spring CPOP Workshop will be held May 2-4, 2025.

The AAO-HNSF CPOP workshop is a three-phase training program designed to teach otolaryngology office personnel basic hearing testing allowing audiologists to focus on complex audiometric testing, advanced hearing, and balance services while increasing otolaryngology office productivity.

Course Director- Jeffrey S. Weingarten, MD, President- Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants

The requirements to participate include:

• A sponsoring otolaryngologist
• Complete the pre-course self-study by April 11, 2025
• Participate in the 2 ½ day hands-on course
• Complete the six-month post-course monitoring period by a sponsoring otolaryngologist

Registration Fee: $1,750

The fee includes: CPOP course materials, 2 ½ day workshop, and lunch.
(Textbooks, travel, lodging, and meals outside of the course are the responsibility of the attendee.)

Refund policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Requests received by March 4 – April 4, 2025, will result in a $100 fee. Cancellations received after April 4, 2025, will result in a $250 fee.
