Session Description: This session compares and contrasts individualistic and collective cultural contexts and applies these contextual perspectives to current and evolving issues in publishing and peer review (plagiarism, gift authorship, open peer review, and predatory journals and publishers). The session also covers how to avoid predatory or pseudo journals and publishers.
