Prominent program directors, practicing physicians, and residents from the otolaryngology-head and neck surgery field will share their experience and advice, and facilitate conversation and questions. Topics range from tips to get into residency, the residency experience, why otolaryngology, advice for underrepresented students, women in otolaryngology, and more. Small virtual breakout sessions will facilitate networking.
