The AAO-HNS/F 2026 OTO Forum will take place March 20-21, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. This event provides an intimate forum for leadership discussions and practice management tools, highlighting the current and future needs of physicians caring for otolaryngologic patients. CME will be available.

2026 OTO Forum Travel Grant Application
The American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS/F), in collaboration with the Otolaryngology Private Practice Section (OPPS), provides travel grants to otolaryngology residents interested in pursuing private practice.
Grant Specifics:
- $1,500 will be awarded to each of 15 residents.
- The grant can be used to offset travel expenses, including transport to and from the hotel and/or airport, hotel, and registration fee.
- A travel grant recipient must meet at least once with a matched private practice physician during the meeting.
- This application will ask you to upload your CV/resume as well as a 200-word essay stating (1) why you are interested in going into private practice and (2) what you hope to learn from attending the meeting.
- A travel grant is taxable to the recipient. An ACH authorization form and a W9 form will both be required from each recipient.
This application is due on Monday, February 9th, 2026, by 11:59 pm (ET).
