Annual Meeting Registration Rates

Registration Descriptions

*To be eligible for member rates, members must pay their 2026 dues before registering. If dues payments are not current, the AAO-HNSF will charge the higher, nonmember registration fee and will not issue any refunds.

*Physicians, residents, and others attending from outside the United States are eligible to receive discounted registration rates. Join the Academy as an international member to access the lowest rates.

Full Conference Registration

Provides access to the entire education program, OTO EXPO, the opportunity to review the latest research in the poster area, entrance to the Opening Ceremony, Presidents’ Reception, networking opportunities, and access to the OTO EXPO.

Daily Registration Pass

Provides one-day admittance for members and non-members to the education program and OTO EXPO. Attendees can register for up to two selected days of daily registration. Saturday daily registration only will have access to the Opening Ceremony and Presidents’ Reception.

Exhibitor Full Conference Registration

This registration gives exhibitors the opportunity to attend the education program every day of the conference, attend the Opening Ceremony and Presidents’ Reception, and access to the OTO EXPO.

OTO EXPO Only

Provides admittance and lunch in the OTO EXPO. This registration type EXCLUDES admittance to education sessions, entrance to Opening Ceremony and Presidents’ Reception.

*Spouse/Guest Registration

Refers to a spouse, significant other, or friend, NOT a business associate, colleague, or student. Attendees selecting this category may attend the Presidents’ Reception or International Reception and Opening Ceremony. Attendees are not eligible to attend the education program or claim CME. A spouse/guest registration DOES include entrance to the OTO EXPO.
