All Academy resident members and fellows-in-training are automatically members of the Section for Residents and Fellows-in-Training (SRF). The SRF functions as an advisory body to the Academy Board of Directors and has been charged to communicate issues to residents and fellows-in-training; make recommendations to the Academy Board of Directors; and support the specialty as a whole.
