The Reg-ent team is pleased to request the Academy’s feedback on which measure concepts should prioritize for development. When evaluating measures, we consider multiple factors including attribution, scoring implications, patient populations, care gaps, our current measure inventory, and the overall purpose of each measure. All measures must be evidence-based and designed to promote positive patient outcomes.
If you have measure concepts not currently represented, we welcome your suggestions and will explore them for future development. Your feedback will help expand the Reg-ent measure set and preserve MIPS scoring potential.
Please specify your priority by voting here.
If you have specific measure feedback on how to further improve any of the measure concepts, you may complete the brief face validity survey for any of the measure specific links below:
- Otolaryngologic Surgical Procedures: Avoidance of Unnecessary Antibiotic Use
- Head and Neck Reconstruction Surgery: Free Flap Failure Rate (non-MIPS)
- Chronic Rhinosinusitis: Rate of Positive Outcomes in Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis Evaluated by SNOT-22
- Otolaryngologic Surgical Procedures: Average Length of Stay (non-MIPS)
Please note that our feedback period closes on April 14.
