All affiliate events held in conjunction with the AAO-HNSF 2025 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO must adhere to the affiliate event guidelines, regardless of the meeting location. Please read through the guidelines before submitting your request.

If you’re planning to host an affiliate meeting in Indianapolis during the AAO-HNSF 2025 Annual Meeting, over the dates of October 7 – 14, 2025, please complete and submit the affiliate event application linked below.
