The 2024 OTO EXPO features the latest in innovative technologies and services for advancing the specialty. The OTO EXPO provides a central location for you to engage with other attendees, leaders in the specialty, industry partners, and exhibitors. This year, the OTO EXPO will feature over 200 exhibitors, representing a vast array of industries that specialize in surgical tools, robotics, imaging and video, and diagnostic technology, along with a packed schedule of activities. The mission of the OTO EXPO is to create an environment where science, education, and industry work collaboratively and encourage mutually beneficial partnerships to serve the common purpose of supporting the specialty and, ultimately, enhance patient care worldwide.
After the Opening Ceremony, which will be held on-site in the Miami Beach Convention Center Grand Ballroom C tomorrow, make your way to the exhibition halls for the OTO EXPO, which opens at 9:30 am.
OTO EXPO Hours
The OTO EXPO is being held in Exhibit Halls A to D from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Lunch
Lunch will be served each day (Saturday through Monday) in the OTO EXPO for all attendees, making it a fantastic opportunity to meet up with other attendees and explore the exhibits.
Posters
Make time to check out the over 400 Scientific Posters on display in the OTO EXPO. They will be available to view any time the OTO EXPO is open, but the authors will be showcasing their work and answering questions in the poster hall during the Meet the Scientific Poster Authors Showcase from 12:00 – 1:00 pm on Monday.
The Simulation Center
The ever-popular Simulation Center will be housed in the OTO EXPO this year. Learn new skills or brush up while earning CME credit. View the full schedule of simulation sessions in the desktop program or on the app by selecting “Filter Schedule,” “Browse by Format,” and “Simulation Education.”
Coffee Talk with the OPPS
Thought leaders from the Otolaryngology Private Practice Section (OPPS) will lead roundtable discussions on key business challenges from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Sunday and Monday.
