My journey in the field of Otolaryngology has been driven by a passion for leadership and advocacy, and I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute as an Alternate Governor on the SEGR Committee for the Board of Governors (BOG). Throughout my career, I’ve consistently aligned my efforts with the core objectives of advisory and leadership roles, and I’m eager to bring this experience to the BOG.

In my previous leadership positions with various associations and councils, I’ve honed my ability to identify and address key issues. I take a proactive approach to spotting challenges and opportunities, ensuring that important concerns are tackled swiftly and effectively. My goal is to leverage this experience to help advance the BOG’s mission, particularly in promoting advocacy and engagement within the Otolaryngology community. Supporting the goals of the Section for Residents and Fellows-in-Training (SRF) is a priority for me. I’m committed to fostering strong professional relationships and building a cohesive network between the SRF and the broader Otolaryngology community. I pride myself on being an effective communicator and liaison, working with diverse groups to find innovative solutions and share important information clearly and efficiently. By nurturing these connections, I aim to enhance collaboration and effectiveness across the field.

I am genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the SRF as a member of the BOG and support its vital work.
