Intracapsular Tonsillectomy

This surgical video features a procedure for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea secondary to tonsillar hypertrophy by performing intracapsular tonsillectomy using a Coblation Procise XP wand. Intracapsular Tonsillectomy can also be performed with microdebrider, monopolar cautery, or other instruments.
