Annual Meeting Check-In
Print Your Badge Onsite
Present your #OTOMTG25 registration confirmation onsite at one of our Registration Areas in the Indiana Convention Center (ICC), during the following hours:
- Friday, October 10: 12:00 – 6:00 pm
- Saturday, October 11: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Sunday, October 12: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Monday, October 13: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, October 14: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
Self-check registration will also be available at the JW Marriott and Marriott Indianapolis Hotels as well as the Indiana Convention Center for your convenience.
International Attendees
International attendees must check-in and present your #OTOMTG25 registration confirmation at the International Registration Desk located on the first floor of the Indiana Convention Center near room 109.

At check-in, all international attendees will receive an AAO-HSNF 2025 Annual Meeting Attendee Certificate. International AAO-HNS members will also receive an Academy branded portfolio, including a list of exhibitors and must-attend sessions, as a thank you for your membership!
Global Connections Lounge
International attendees are invited to visit the Global Connections Lounge in the Indiana Convention Center, room 101-102, for a quiet space to meet with colleagues, relax, or do work.

CME Credit
How to Obtain CME Credit (That Also Counts for MOC)
To claim CME/MOC credit for the education sessions you attended, go to the “Claim CME” tile in the mobile app. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Complete details are located on the CME Information webpage. The deadline to complete your session evaluation is Friday, November 14, 2025, 11:59 pm (ET). Airport Transportation
Are You Real ID Ready?
As of May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities. Learn more here.

Hotel Shuttle
Shuttles to the ICC from hotels in the official housing block are available (unless the hotel is within walking distance). Visit the “Shuttle Bus” tile in the mobile app to learn more.

The conference schedule (available in the downloadable app or viewable on your browser) offers the most up-to-date Annual Meeting information. Attendees will not receive a printed final program. All attendees, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors, and staff at any AAO-HNS/F event are required to observe the Code of Conduct.
- AAO-HNS/F is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or gender. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
